From where do you operate?
Our factory is located in P. Basubas st., Tipolo , Mandaue City, Cebu .
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We do not accept exchange or returns as we are dealing with perishable items. Do note that this is standard in the industry. However, we assure all or clients that proper handling and storage are strictly followed by Akai as this is critical to retain the integrity of the product.
how do you ship the products?
We ship using a temperature controlled boxes, or a 10 ft or 20 ft refrigerated container (for bulk orders). We ship anywhere in the Philippines.
How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
We need at least 2 to 30 day-notice depending on the quantity.
Where are your packages shipped from?
We ship directly from our Akai Foods manufacturing facility.
Do you ship packages internationally?
Yes.
How do you price your shipping?
We work with our partners in the logistics industry to get the best possible rate for shipping.
Can we track the products while in transit?
For products shipped internally, we can track this using the tracking system of the shipping line. For local shipping, we use the most cost effective shipping company. Usually, there is no online tracking system provided but we coordinate this and a text or email will be sent to our customers which includes details of the shipment and expected arrival to the port of destination. We normally use a door-to-port service.
What payment options are available?
Cash on Delivery or Payment before shipment. We accept GCash or Bank transfer
